XXXHAIR LLC Order Authorization Agreement

This Order Authorization Agreement is entered into between the Purchaser and XXXHAIR LLC at the time the order and authorization form are submitted.

By completing a purchase with XXXHAIR LLC and submitting this authorization form, the Purchaser knowingly and voluntarily acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Payment Authorization
   The Purchaser confirms that they are the authorized cardholder or have lawful permission to use the payment method provided. The Purchaser certifies that all billing, contact, shipping, and order information submitted is accurate and complete.
2. Authorization of Transaction
   The Purchaser expressly authorizes XXXHAIR LLC to process the payment for the date and amount associated with the order and acknowledges that the transaction was knowingly approved.
3. Custom Order & Final Sale Policy
   The Purchaser acknowledges that custom-made, customized, altered, or specially ordered wigs, hair units, and related products are final sale, except where otherwise required by law or in circumstances involving a verified error by XXXHAIR LLC under its applicable store policies.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
   The Purchaser agrees not to knowingly submit a false claim that an authorized transaction was unauthorized. A knowingly false chargeback, fraud claim, or payment dispute made after approving the transaction may constitute misrepresentation or fraud and may be contested by XXXHAIR LLC with the applicable financial institution or payment processor.
5. Transaction & Fulfillment Records
   XXXHAIR LLC may maintain records relating to the transaction and fulfillment of the order, including this signed authorization, payment records, order information, customer communications, production documentation, applicable electronic submission records, shipping information, tracking information, and delivery confirmation.
6. Dispute Documentation
   If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, the Purchaser acknowledges that XXXHAIR LLC may submit applicable documentation and records to the bank, card issuer, payment processor, or other appropriate party as evidence of the Purchaser's authorization and fulfillment of the transaction.
7. Recovery of Amounts Owed
   Where permitted by applicable law, XXXHAIR LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of amounts lawfully owed arising from fraudulent or knowingly false payment disputes, which may include the original transaction amount, applicable chargeback fees, court costs, and other recoverable costs or fees.
8. Acknowledgment
   By signing or electronically submitting this form, the Purchaser confirms that they have reviewed the information provided, understand the terms of this Order Authorization Agreement, and agree to be bound by them.

Authorization Statement:
I authorize XXXHAIR LLC to charge my payment method for the purchase made on the date and for the amount listed on this form. I confirm that I knowingly approved and authorized this transaction.
